RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because each icon is handmade and created with great care, all sales are considered final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging

I will review your request and work with you on the next steps. Please note that I cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom icon requests

  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or brushwork (as each icon is uniquely hand‑painted)​
